Spring break is almost over. I have not received many google docs. Remember to use this vacation to compose your straw rocket procedure, material list and data table. We want to begin constructing and collecting data when school resumes. Make a google doc and share it with your partners and me at kojes390@gmail.com The worksheet is on engrade to help you.
The school is asking all students to please fill in the survey. "In an effort to engage our students and give you a voice on deciding what activities and program you would like to enjoy as after school activities." Please complete this survey. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ms390

The state ELA exam is finished! You are one step closer to graduation. Stay strong, the Math and Science exams are still to come. We are currently working on our Exit Projects. Straw Rockets. It is a project where applying Newton’s three laws of motion, students design an investigation involving straw rockets. The five tasks have students develop their writing skills by having them practice formulating a question, paraphrasing text, developing a hypothesis, constructing a procedure, and analyzing data to draw a conclusion. The final performance task requires them to aggregate these portions of a lab report as well as make real-world connections from what they learned.
